Real Snow

It's nice to have a bit of snow, but it hasn't been great for me getting back to work. My studio (above) has been pretty bloomin' cold so, even with the heaters on full, I'm actually having to work in a big coat and two pairs of pants. Now I just need a pair of fingerless gloves.
On top of everything my computer has just died.... I think it froze to death at the weekend.
Hopefully verything will be back to normal very soon.

This is my first post on my blog.

My first problem was what to call it. I thought of "PJ Lynch; Art and Illustration", because this blog will talk about all my work, not just the stuff that appears in books. And also I thought that this would be a good place to discuuss that constantly recurring question...is Illustration Art? However I settled for the simple title of "PJ Lynch Gallery", which is also the name of my website right now.

I intend to post news about my work, details of my working process, projects that are upcoming and also a bit about my non illustrative work. 

I shall be posting examples of life drawings as well so  be warned.

If you like the work I do, you'll probably like the work that I like, and I'll be referring you to other good art sites and to the work of my favourite illustrators. I hope you will find lots of interesting things accumulating here as the weeks go by.
